The combination of diclofenac, thiamine (vitamin B1), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is used to treat neuropathic pain and inflammation associated with peripheral nervous system disorders. Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation, while B vitamins support nerve regeneration and normal nervous system function.
