Content is organised to keep source documents, structured fields and site-created explanations clearly separated.

Principles

We do not invent reviews, ratings, authors, medical-review dates or commercial claims.

Official leaflet text remains separate from short summaries built from structured fields such as substance, form, indication, route and ATC code.

Updates

An import, publication or record-update date describes the site data workflow. It does not automatically mean that a clinician reviewed the content on that date.

When sources conflict, the official document and issuing authority take priority.
