Each vitamin in this combination plays a specific role in maintaining essential body functions.
Retinol (Vitamin A): Essential for eye health, healthy skin, immune function, and cell growth. Deficiency can lead to vision problems, such as night blindness, and reduced immunity.
Ergocalciferol (Vitamin D2): Helps with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, maintaining healthy bones and teeth. It is used to prevent and treat rickets and osteomalacia.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A powerful antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress and supports skin health, immune function, and cardiovascular health.
