This combination of macrogol, simethicone, and electrolytes is used for the treatment of constipation and bowel cleansing before medical procedures such as colonoscopy. Macrogol acts as an osmotic laxative, simethicone reduces bloating, and electrolytes prevent electrolyte imbalances.

It is taken orally, usually as a powder dissolved in water, as directed by a doctor. It is indicated for occasional constipation or bowel preparation before investigations.

Common side effects include bloating, abdominal cramps, nausea, or diarrhea. Rarely, allergic reactions or electrolyte imbalances may occur.
