The combination of dexpanthenol and chlorhexidine is used to treat minor wounds, superficial burns, and skin irritations. Dexpanthenol promotes skin healing by stimulating cell regeneration, while chlorhexidine has antiseptic properties, preventing infections.
The medication is available as creams, gels, or solutions and is applied directly to the affected area, usually 1-2 times a day, as directed by a doctor.
