This medicine may cause drowsiness or reduced alertness.
Desloratadine is an antihistamine medication used to treat allergy symptoms such as allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, nasal itching) and urticaria (hives with itching). It is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks H1 histamine receptors, thereby reducing allergic reactions.
