Abyssinian / Meadowfoamamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate is the quaternary ammonium salt that conforms generally to the formula below, where RCO- represents the acyl groups derived from a mixture of Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil and Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil.
