The combination of tiotropium and olodaterol is used for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Tiotropium is an anticholinergic bronchodilator, and olodaterol is a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist. Together, they relax the airway muscles and improve lung function.
