Precautions:
Contraindicated during pregnancy

Ramipril + nebivolol is a combination used to treat high blood pressure in adults, especially when one medicine alone is not enough or when the doctor wants two complementary mechanisms. Together they help lower blood pressure and reduce the workload on the heart.
It is taken by mouth, usually once daily, exactly as prescribed. The tablet or capsule should be taken regularly, preferably at the same time each day. Treatment should not be stopped suddenly unless a doctor tells you to, because blood pressure may rise again and heart symptoms can worsen. The dose is chosen according to blood pressure, pulse rate, age, kidney function and other medicines.
Possible side effects include dizziness, tiredness, headache, a slow heartbeat, low blood pressure, dry cough, nausea, digestive discomfort, increased potassium levels and changes in kidney function tests. Your doctor may recommend blood tests and home blood-pressure monitoring.
Seek medical advice urgently if you develop swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, breathing difficulty, fainting, very slow heartbeat, chest pain, markedly reduced urination or signs of allergy. This treatment must not be used during pregnancy and needs caution in people with severe asthma, certain heart rhythm disorders, unstable heart failure, significant kidney disease or dehydration.
