Acetylsalicylic acid + atorvastatin + ramipril is a combination of medications used for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, particularly in patients at high risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, or other cardiovascular complications.

- Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) is an antiplatelet agent that prevents blood clot formation, reducing the risk of thrombotic events.
- Atorvastatin is a statin that lowers LDL cholesterol ('bad cholesterol') and triglycerides, helping to prevent atherosclerosis.
- Ramipril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE inhibitor) that lowers blood pressure, protects the heart and kidneys, and reduces the risk of heart failure.

This combination is particularly indicated for patients with hypertension, dyslipidemia, and a history of cardiovascular diseases.

Side effects may include gastric irritation, nausea, dizziness, muscle pain (atorvastatin), or dry cough (ramipril). Regular monitoring of liver function, kidney function, and lipid profile is important for patients on this therapy.

This combination is contraindicated in patients with allergies to any of the components, severe liver impairment, advanced kidney failure, or bleeding disorders. Consult your doctor before use, especially if you are taking other anticoagulant or antihypertensive medications.
