Flunarizine is a medication mainly used for the prevention of migraines and for the treatment of certain balance disorders, such as vertigo. It works by relaxing blood vessels in the brain and reducing neuronal excitability, helping to prevent migraine attacks and alleviate symptoms of dizziness or imbalance.
