The combination of xylometazoline and dexpanthenol is used for the symptomatic treatment of nasal congestion and for protecting irritated nasal mucosa. Dexpanthenol is a derivative of pantothenic acid, known for its regenerative and moisturizing properties for the nasal mucosa.
