The combination of magnesium lactate and pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is used for the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency, as well as for alleviating associated symptoms such as muscle cramps, fatigue, or irritability. This combination has a synergistic effect, as vitamin B6 enhances the absorption and utilization of magnesium in the body.

- Magnesium: An essential mineral involved in numerous biological processes, including nervous system function, muscle contraction, energy metabolism, and bone health. Magnesium deficiency can cause muscle cramps, fatigue, cardiac arrhythmias, and nervous system disorders.
- Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6): A water-soluble vitamin that contributes to protein metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and normal nervous system function. It also helps reduce fatigue and supports magnesium absorption.
