The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Tetrapeptide-74, Hexapeptide-40, sr-Expression Vector pMBP-parallel 1 Polypeptide-1, sr-Spider Polypeptide-1 and sr-Spider Polypeptide-5.
