The combination of perindopril, amlodipine, and indapamide is used to treat essential hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients requiring combination therapy. This combination helps lower blood pressure and prevent cardiovascular complications such as heart attack, stroke, or heart failure.

Perindopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that dilates blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure. Indapamide is a thiazide diuretic that removes excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood volume and, consequently, blood pressure.

This combination is recommended for patients who cannot control their blood pressure with a single medication or a combination of two drugs.
